Se oparesc gogosarii si vinetele in 100 ml otet+1 250 ml apa
Se trec prin masina de tocat (eu i-am taiat cubulete)
se calesc ciupercile in ulei; peste se adauga gogosarii si vinetele.
Se fierb pana capata consistenta.
Se sterilizeaza borcanele prin fierbere.
Mie mi-au iesit 4 borcane de 750g, adica 3 kg produs finit, ceea ce inseamna 53, 86 kcal/100 g (aprox 54 kcal/100 g).
