Azi prima zi de discociata: bine ca am ales varianta in care fiecare mic dejun consta in oricare 2 fructe ( la mine mar+portocala) si ordinea e : proteine , legume , carbo , fructe [uitati aici:

Asta e meniul de proteine , nu extraordinar , ptr ca la scoala mi-a fost imposibil s mananc carne fara paine, ma simteam penibil , asa ca am fost nevoita sa mananc in baie
ce-i drept , am avut la scoala doar 300 gr de carne ptr ca atat am avut timp sa-mi fac azi de dim , e ok ca o zi de proteine? macar sa stiu daca ma puc maine de legume all day..un sfat pls
