Va pun o reteta de parjoale:
piept de curcan de 7 p (are 1.8 p la 100 grame crud fara piele)
ghebe 0p
ou 2p
ceapa 0p
usturoi0p
Si mi-a iesit la sfarsit 455 g parjoale prajite pe grill si a rezultat 2 p la 100 g deci cam 5 parjoale 2 p ;)
