Jurnal AndreeaD - De data asta voi reusi!
 
Buna,eu sunt Andreea am 28 ani,locuiesc in Franta,sunt casatorita si am 2 copii.M-am hotarat sa slabesc si sa-mi schimb stilul de viata care inainte era putin haotic si nesanatos din punct de vedere alimentar,de obicei aveam doar 1 masa principala(seara,cand se aduna familia) in restul zilei rontaiam cate ceva (nu mereu),nu consumam apa aproape deloc,consumam doar suc...,imi place sa fac prajituri si sa experimentez retete noi asa ca tot timpul faceam cate ceva bun si mancam si eu,atunci cand sunt suparata sau stresata simt nevoia sa mananc dulce,
Istoricul meu in diete este mare,niciodata nu am fost slaba .Greutatea mea din liceu era 60kg,cel mai mult am avut 85kg(cand eram insarcinata).Inainte de ultima sarcina aveam 65kg dupa ce am nascut am ramas cu 80kg,au trecut 2ani si jumatate de atunci si nu am reusit sa mai ajung la 65kg.Diete am tinut de nu le mai stiu numarul,am mai slabit ,am mai pus la loc si tot asa pana in prezent (pe 01.04.2013) cand aveam 72kg si m-am hotarat ca de data asta sa reusesc ce mi-am propus si sa nu mai renunt asa usor. Pentru inceput am zis sa tin dieta keto ,ca pe asta nu am tinut-o niciodata :D si a devenit foarte populara,m-am documentat despre ea dar tot incepatoare sunt in dieta keto asa ca nu stiu sigur daca o tin corect in fiecare zi (o sa postez mesele de cand am inceput dieta (01.04) si cine stie mai multe poate sa-mi spuna unde gresesc. Momentan sport nu fac din cauza unor probleme medicale , doar activitatile de zi cu zi,ca orice femeie maritata:Dsi cu copii:D

Ioi, ce plating :X. Arata bine si e sanatos. Cat despre sport, poti incerca Pilates. Nu consumi prea multe calorii, dar ajuta la modelare.
