Bune meniurile tau, o singura remarca doar :)
Branza topita mai rar, are aditivi (e-uri) si batoanele fitness la fel, au zahar.

Si ti-as recomanda sa cresti la 1200 kcal, se slabeste mai bine si mai sanataos, nu tot ce e excesiv limitat inseamna ca e si bine :)

Bravo pentru cresterea aportului caloric, mai ai de facut si aceste schimbari: :)
  • fara pandispan si crema nutella :)
  • mic dejun mai satios, este prea putin in ambele zile.
