Buseu de spanac, foarte dietetic

E asa de bun, m-am lins pe degete :D

Ingrediente:
  • Spanac congelat - 450 gr
  • Ceapa - 78 gr
  • Branza de capra - 90 gr
  • Oua - 5 bucati

Mod de preparare:
  1. Ceapa se toaca marunt.
  2. Branza se marunteste.
  3. Ouale se bat bine.
  4. Spanacul de decongeleaza.
  5. Toate se amesteca bine si se pun intr-o forma tapetata cu hartie de copt, altfel se lipeste.
  6. Se face la foc mic cam 60 minute.
