Mi-am calculat meniul pt azi. Am mai adaugat niste nuci la gustarea 1, ca iar ieseam cu putine calorii si multi carbo. Vad ca daca bag proteine si calorii creste nr de carbohidrati pe care am voie sa-l mananc intr-o zi. Poate mai bag un miez de nuca si la G2, nu cred ca strica... Deocamdata cam asta am in plan sa mananc. Cantitatile le-am aproximat.
