Foarte bine ca n-ai abandonat
La mine, pentru energie, mergea spirulina si acum iau L-Carnitina, au functionat bine ambele. Sau putin dulce din fructe inainte de sport, pentru energie.
Sambata: 2 ore mers bicicleta prin Cheile Dambovicioarei, 1 ora drum forestier in urcare/coborare pe langa bicicleta
