Ahh, exercitii bune pentru abdomen...
Pai in primul rand, daca ai grasime pe burta, trebuie sa faci multe exercitii cardio pana elimini grasimea. Adica alergat, mers in ritm alert, aerobic, Tae Bo, Zumba, etc. Sunt filmulete pe site la sectiunea Sport cu exercitii cardio, care le poti face acasa.
Iar dupa ce ai eliminat grasimea prin cardio, te poti apuca de modelarea muschilor, prin abdomene sau diferite seturi de exercitii pentru zona aceasta.
