sa sari zilnic coarda atata timp e cv cardio... mai fa niste abdomene ceva, pilates [pop pilates am descoperit aici p forum si.s ff bune] ... si e deajuns daca faci zilnic.. insa... ca sa nu te plictisesti poti incerca prorgame de cardio pe care sa le alternezi gen turbo jam fire etc
