ca nu am manact mai mult ca alte dati....tot la fel....poate mai putin putin....dar eu simt nevoie de dulce cand sunt in perioada aceasta si sa dorm....asta e..inca cateva zile...pana pe sambata... |

azi ma simt bine oricum si spal geamurile la toata casa....;;avand in vedere ca e un casoi si am vreo 20 de ferestre de spalat dintralea gigantice....si mai vreau sa fac si bicicleta.....

eu am dintrastea dietetice......cam la 25 gr 100 kcal si imi ajunge....cauta sa mananci batoane fitness sau ceva de genul....daca tot iti e pofta de dulce...
