Dupa cum ti-am promis am venit cu meniul de pana acum pe ziua de azi(cu copy/paste)din jurnalul meu :P
Azi am papat asa:
-mic dejun-80 gr crenvusti pui si 20 gr cartofi la cuptor
-gustare-80 gr crenvusti si 80 gr rosii
-pranz-salata verde cu rosii ,20 gr mozzarella si 20 gr crenvusti si cam 50 gr cartofi la cuptor
-lichide-cam 1,2l apa pana acum
Inca nu am descoperit cum postam meniul altfel decat asa cum o fac eu acum pentru ca nu am avut timp sa cercetez.Am vazut ceva acolo la calendar cu meniul dar nu am avut decat 5 min la dispozitie asa ca nu am apucat sa vad mare lucru.Cand descopar ceva iti spun imediat sau poate ne ajuta fetele cu vechime si experienta de aici Te pup si cu siguranta vorbim mai tarziu.

Eu am facut si 30 min de bicicleta eliptica si la gustare am mancat un grepefruit.Pentru diseara am mamaliga cu urda si apa cat cuprinde

Eu nu am mai papat nimic de la pranz si nici alta miscare sau sport nu am facut inca dar urmeaza o tura cu catelul asa ca nu ma plang ;)
