Si terciul de ovaz mi-a placut tare mult. Am pus fulgii de ovaz in apa rece direct pe foc, am lasat sa fiarba si cand a capatat consistenta am inchis aragazul, am adaugat ulei de cocos si stevie pulbere :p Abia astept sa imi fac si maine.
