deci azi am reusit sa strang aproape 50 proteine (am papat carnita si branzica). asa mai merge ;;). maine va fi si mai bine . si un nr necesar de proeteine si grasimi mai putine. sper

fetelor??cu sportul cum stati?? eu am facut 20 minute pilates abs,piciare si fund; 10 min tae-bo; si 10 minute bicicleta intens.cum sa imi afisez si eu meniul?

Macushla, calculatorul iti calculeaza singur metabolismul de baza. Incearca si tu... mergi la calculator si iti scrie acolo. :)
