la cantar...am sa ma mai cantaresc si maine sa confirm desi nu cred ca arata bine avand in vedere ca sunt in perioada cu pricina (cred ca arata in plus ptr ca sunt balonata si stiu ca acum retin apa) dar targetul l-am depasit:D

am plecat de la 71.21 si trebuia sa scap de 3.17 (parca)...si am 67.13 deci am in minus 4.08

Asa,dezmatul e in floare,dupa cum se vede.
M-am cantarit duminica,aveam 78,4.
M-am cantarit ieri,aveam 79,5.E imposibil sa ma fi ingrasat un kil intr-o zi,cred ca am retinut extrem de multa apa,ieri dimineata m-au terminat talpile de durere cand m-am dat jos din pat,si la mine e asa cand mi-s picioarele umflate.Proabil de la pastile sau ca tre sa imi vina,asa ca habar nu am.
Acum,care o fi greutatea corecta nush,eu zic sa facem o medie intre cele doua,si sa punem ca am 79,ihihhiih.
Si la urmatorul concurs pornesc de la 79 deci,si vreau iar 2 kg.
